Oklahoma City, OK – Deaconess Physician Services is proud to announce
the addition of Deaconess Family Care – Tuttle. Located at 4805 E. Highway 37
in Tuttle, Deaconess Family Care – Tuttle provides a full scope of family
medicine and offers urgent care hours on Saturday.
There
is one physician and seven physician assistants currently practicing at
Deaconess Family Care – Tuttle. Rhonda Sparks, MD, attended medical school and
performed her residency at the University
of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. She is board certified in
Family Medicine. The seven physician assistants are as follows: Audra Ball,
PA-C, Cynthia Brown, PA-C, Melissa Everett, PA, Deborah Holder, PA-C, Andrea
Leu-Henthorn, PA, Tonja Shandy,
PA-C and Julie Utley, PA.
Deaconess
Family Care – Tuttle is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday,
